Been talking about this for years. Most anything beats a giant electric stove on the roof to dissipate the heat.

hydraulic pumps
The companies which are making cars are using hydraulic systems nowadays.The hydraulic pumps are used to make the cars the flywheels are also made of the hydraulic systems so that the car run faster on the road.

By using Hydraulic system cars can bear more load. Hydraulic pumps are used in hydraulic drive systems and can be hydrostatic or hydrodynamic

What's old is new again.
Ford has had a series of Hydraulic Hybrid prototypes, the earliest I remember is this one from 2002:
