Hey there, welcome to the site.

Planning on following metrompg's lead with the xfi cam swap?

I think the 4 cylinder metro trannies are actually best for FE, right metro guys?

Yup. I would like a tranny out of a Suzuki Swift, if I can find one. I expect with the one from the xfi and 13" wheels, I should do ok tho.

Hey, welcome to the site.

Post up your car in the EM Garage so we can get all the details.

You're right - the 13 inch wheels/tires + the XFi final drive will lower your RPM significantly. Not sure if it'll be as much as the 4-cyl transmission. Have you done the calcs on that?

Nice to see another Metro!

Measured the cam and it is well within wear limits; does not surprise me on a geo engine.
I'm learning here! Had not even heard about an xfi a week ago.
