That is excellent fuel economy. Whether or not that is you actual efficiency or not depends on whether or not you are taking into account charging losses. The instrumentation on Spark EV did not.

However, I'm find with claiming just the electricity used by the car. People running gas cars don't factor in the diesel used by the tanker truck to get gasoline form the depot to the gas station or the electricity used by the gas station to pump fuel into their tank.
