Yes, that is an actual Tesla Model S. It came from a first responders training video for EV's and they used several Model S's to show and tell, as well as practice on.

Of course everyone knows about the Beutler tour buses built on Type II chassis in the 50s—they made two; but I just discovered pictures of the barn-door era Military Observation bus. My new favorite body style.
Also here's a home-built motor home where the front of the roof is much like the Rumpler Tropfenwagen, just without the plan taper in the rear. 4-wheel skirts.

Few drivers would be able to handle what Bugatti is offering. It’s ridiculous. The 2008 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 on display at the Chicago Auto Show has an 8-liter, QUAD-turbocharged (who needs twins), 16-cylinder engine with four-wheel drive. It explodes 1,001 horsepower that reaches beyond 250 mph. It can go 0-62mph faster than you can read this sentence. 2.6 seconds. If that’s not ridiculous enough, the 2014 makes 1,200 horsepower and hits 62mph in 2.5 seconds. Its Formula 1-adpated safety features stop the car from 60 mph to zero in 2.3 seconds. Ridiculous. - chicago tribune
