How old is that GM Ultralight? I remember seeing that in Demolition Man along with the GM Lean Machine. I would have no trouble driving one of those!
Seems like we've had the formula for fuel efficiency for years, but hold back because styling and Suburbian desires are at odds... ("Who Killed the Electric Car" rings a bell).

That van always reminds me of the Citroen Eole concept
Similar shape and idea but the Eole is lower.

The Citroën has covered front wheels, too! Do they hinge out like the AeroCivic?
