From the fine article:
Quote:
The original urethane shocks/ bumpers were replaced with German rubber springs, which look like a hockey pucks. Ed had them in a full range of spring rates. They have the same linear rate as a ordinary spring.
Sounds like Cellasto.

My Westfalia trailer uses them (and needs new ones)

Showing some good faith in the effort this took.

Saw this trailer while shopping. Pretty cool and clean aero lines for a trailer.

Did you get a picture of the back? I'm curious about how it opens up. It looks like there's a pop-top or something.

What Would A Modern Ferrari Enzo Look Like?*

An update concept from the original Enzo's designer.

No I didn't get one. I'm not sure how the door opened as I would have expected it to have a ramp door. It appeared to have a door of sorts that could lift the roof up for large items. But I didn't see a regular door, or doors on the back. Ultimately I didn't want to have some psycho owner come running out after the guy gawking and taking pictures of his stuff! -lol

PS
the pic above looks like the Mach5

I'm placing this photo here, because this is by far the largest roof wing I have ever seen.

EDIT-1
Oops, there is this vertical flange or mid-point duckbill sticking up, not to mention that grab bar.

That's an awesome use for an old fire truck! I like the roof wing as you can see how it transitions the air flow to the car being hauled.
