I always wanted to do this with a Beetle body; a wooden boat tail with a single rumble seat in the rear parcel shelf, 2+1.

In my case, it would be chaperone.

Edit: An important car in my [relative] youth, Dean Jefferies Manta Ray:

Just A Car Guy: Why did Dean Jeffries' Mantaray have a 289 Cobra engine? Cool story

Is it open wheel or thin-fendered? It's similar to Ken Miles Flying Shingle:

Thanks. The first link is a great article, despite the super-simple graphics and weird math notation. I especially liked the description of shear and normal forces. Only one typo (3-box body in the 1930s not 1960s).

Here's a good takeaway. Maybe I should stop worrying about my drip-rail vortexes.

I purposely didn't read the second link so I could prophesize that it's a Canadian delivery truck. Am I right?

Muttering to myself...

Canadian?

In today's news, the Morelli Banana car is back:

News to me: I didn't even know there was a TRON Realm Shanghai Disney Resort.

Gee, Toto, I don't think we're in Disneyland anymore!

Buick Centurion

Besides the swoopy shape and panoramic teardrop roof, it had a rear camera and TV dash screen instead of mirrors.

The Centurion is cool. Just a Car Guy backed off the WWII bomber nose art long enough for a run of Interesting cars:

Just A Car Guy: A famous Hill-Climb Special, the Freikaiserwagen, was inspired by Dr Porsche’s pre-war thinking. Powered by a mid-mounted 1096cc Blackburne V-twin, it first appeared in 1936, and won the Shelsley Walsh outright record in June 194

The last two are both from the 1930s. I think the shoulder-height airfoil gas tank makes a lot of [questionable?/good?] sense.
