I suspect that wing has been optimized for shoving the vehicle down. It's above the CG, COULD be behind the COP, and the spoiler/trim tab is a large portion of the overall area so it would be predominate force. It's more like they found a piece of wrecking yard wing that was the right size, slapped it on, then fixed the bad features.
It's also hard to determine what incidence it's running at. I suspect negative based on the last picture but don't fathom what the actual airflow actually is.
