From the linked article:

Interestingly, the car has the nose and tail of a rocket, and it is not an altogether terrible look. The aesthetics of the unique safety car are pleasing, and kind of reminiscent of what regular sedans may look like in the future.

How about no? The stagnation point is too high, but maybe they have bad roads.
I wonder if it suffered the same fate as Gaddafi's underground river.

Someone, somewhere, is going to see a thread called 'Interesting Aerodynamic Cars' and say " I'm going to the last page to see what the *latest* thing is"; and wind up here.
How do the neighbors like that megaphone?

I built the megaphone specifically for my neighbors' benefit. It's a very good educational tool on why it's a bad idea to harass me with exhaust noise. I just have to be careful to not mow when the "good" neighbors are home. The racket that thing makes is un-fracking-believeable; I have to wear heavy duty ear protection to stand it.
