I was just at the marina downtown helping my friend wash his boat. It was so chilly I had to put a long sleeved shirt on!
Meanwhile, at my gf's place in scenic Edmonton...
As I often say to her, there's a good reason why it's so much cheaper to live on the wrong side of the Rockies! As for the coldest I've experienced, it ain't much compared to her, a few years ago it was -55 Celsius in Edmonton, which is -67 Fahrenheit. I think she stayed home that day haha

Google told me that it was a frigid forty degrees, but still, that definitely surprised me. Dad used to tell Mom when it was warmer in Alberta than Show Low. Right now:
Calgary: -3°F
Show Low, Arizona: 38°F
One part of Alaska is warmer than a place in Arizona?!
I am not telling Mom...

I remember when they were predicting the death of the coral reefs in the florida keys, sustained ocean water temps below 60 degrees.

Hi weather bomb hit last night winds topped out at 132mph. Guess what 2nd round coming into night and is expected to be worse. Check bbc scotland website. My area minium damage as no trees and houses built like bunkers. Power cuts across whole of scotland bridges shut and no public transport. Dont you just like a scottish winter lol.

Sorry!
I could see my breath outside at 9am, even though I comfortably drove with the fan set to cold before the sun was up.
