put a space heater in your car (get a cheap one that has a sensor so if it tips over, it doesn't light your car on fire) and leave it on at night. I do this on cold mornings to defrost the windshield, but it would work leaving it on all night so the windshield doesn't freeze (literally).

I have to deal with wind chill factor joys of living in windest place in europe. Ambient air rarely drops below -5c but 70mph winds make it feel stupid cold.
