no more than around $50. i looked online for aluminum prices and they aren't too expensive, and i already have the coroplast, so that $ amount isn't going to be factored in. this style air dam will also make the front belly pan easier to attach, as well as deflecting the air past the suspension arms

You might luck out with someone on craigslist who might have some metal scrap that might work fer yer project so you can keep costs down. Worth a peek...

Home Depot and Lowes has some pretty good prices on their metal stock...

You might want to consider C channel stock instead of the flat bar and angle stock...

Why not use 1/8 inch Lexan? That stuff cold-bends fairly easily, and is much stronger than coroplast.

i'd prefer to stick with coroplast, easier to work with and cheaper
