Junk Yard Woes

We all stroll through the junk yard looking for parts for our cars as part of our 'wrench smart' mantra, so I figured we need a place for the finest stories of the JY!

Should get good gas mileage if you get her started, though.

It would start and run at the salvage auction where the junk yard bought the car. I guess they sold the engine and transmission. Very typical of salvage auctions, where most of the junk yard supply originates.
