Just got a 1994 Honda Civic CX!

Impressed with the car so far. Drives well, I'm not sure how well the gas mileage is yet because I just did a tune up recently and it costs less than 30 to fill it. So far I've driven 150 miles and I'm still at about 3/4 of a tank. Thats crazy to me compared to my last car.

Just getting ready to swap the rear brakes to discs soon since the original drums were already worn out.

Looking for some Civic VX rims if any one in the Nashville area has a set.

Something to know is that on most car, the Fuel Gauge is not Linear. Meaning that a 3/4 tank is not necessarly at 3/4 capacity.
I suggest you to wait to fill the car to know the exact consumption.

Or look for HX 14 inch rims - wider choice of LRR tires.

What was your last car?

And welcome to the forum!

1984 Toyota Corolla SR5 liftback. Highway driving wasn't too bad, maybe 31 mpg but city, its about 24-26. It varies. This car seems like its not getting lower than 34mpg. The highest I had before the tuneup was about 38. But after the tune up it should be much better. It seems that way so far.

I've noticed that so far on cars I have worked on. But I'll put a post when I get to empty. when ever that happens. I filled it up 1 week ago. May be awhile. I don't have a really long commute. (maybe 15 miles round trip at most a day.)
