RE: Just Joined

Hi All Ecomodders,

I'd seen this site a couple times while wandering around the web and decided
to join since it seems so interesting. My first aim is to get further into all the
info. I'm very interested in 'aero' improvements for trailers, as I hope to build a
smaller camper/travel trailer and want to try and incorporate any beneficial
design aspects into that. 'Aero' trailer designs seem to be next to nonexistent,
so any improvements can be of help.

Wishing everyone success in all their efforts!

Cheers,
Norm/mezmo

Welcome... I think it's slow_mover and diesel dave that I have seen discussing trailer ideas. I would think some sort of semi-collapsible design, aero on the road and more roomy when parked, would be desirable. Good luck! Use the search function to inform your questions to the group...

Hi Califonia98civic,

Thanks for the welcome and the heads-up for reviewing prior posts.

The best one I've found so far on the web is from Sweden, They built a
motorcycle towed telescoping TTT [Tiny Travel trailer] @ 4ftWx4.5ftHx10ftL
body, closed, at @ 319lbs of weight, mainly of foam and fiberglass. Very
impressive!

Evidently I can't post the link until I have 5 posts - I wonder why - just
curious - so I'll have to wait to do so.

Cheers,
Norm/mezmo

The five post rule is intended to make it difficult for spammers and hawkers to lard-up the site with their wares. You are obviously bona fide, and I'm sure no one will mind if you quick tag a couple more test posts to this thread to get to five. Others before you have been invited to do it.
