John,
Note2 on the BOM should have indicated R20 was "user specific" and should be matched to the minimum resistance of the gas tank sender unit. I checked the BOM again and it appears it's on my excel version, but got lopped off generating the PDF. I'll have to fix than, sorry.
If you're not driving an analog gauge with this, don't worry about it.

Hey thanks Chris. My VW is so old the gas gauge was a mechanical link so I won't be using it. Also on the BOM there are two 26.1K resistors. One is R22. Is it a safe assumption the other was a guess for R20? No biggie! Just curious.

Oh joy! the snow plow just went by again....

Thats a cleanup error. Originally R22 and R21 were 26.1K so qty was 2. Then I tweaked R21 since VR1, R23 & R24 impact the gain transfer function of U3A.
It became a 24.7K and I never updated 26.1K to qty 1.

Yeah, I really hate the snow. Shouldn't be allowed after March 20th. We only got an inch or too yesterday. As long as there is no snow on April 1st. That's when I finally take my EV in for the required "enhanced inspection" for modified vehicles in PA.

On your BOM you show R21 as 26.7K, not 24.7 as you stated above. Which is correct?

Hey, were did 24.7 come from.....sheesh. Tough trying to reply to these posts with the boss walking around.
R21 is 26.7K
R22 is 26.1K
BOM mistakenly has qty for 26.1K at 2, even though only R22 is listed.
Schematic has all the correct values.

Well that's good, because I just finished assembling my board and its got 26.7k fitted! Mr Mouser not only took 10 days to send my parts, but sent me two 3-way connectors in the packet labelled 2 x 12 way connectors. Sigh! Charged me for 12-way though.

Bummer. Use Mouser and Digi-key often and never had problems with delays or order accuracy. The stuff is barcoded and much of the order fufillment is automated, but there'a always the point of human error I suppose.
Could be with that connector they placed it in inventory incorrectly from the start.
However, if I had to choose, I prefer Mouser. Most of their components are 20% or more cheaper than Digi-key.

See! It's screwups like that force them to mark their stuff up an extra 20% to cover the costs!
