That reminds me, if you are a Duke Energy customer, you can pick up real cheap LED light bulbs through them.

For example, I can buy an 10 watt LED for $1.97 right now.
Quote:
TCP's 10w LED A Lamp provides 800 lumens of energy efficient illumination (80 lm/w), which is generally equivalent to the amount of light produced by a 60 watt incandescent, or a 13 watt compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulb. The 25,000 hour life will eliminate repeated re-lamping (incandescents typically last 800 to 1,000 hours, while CFLs typically last 6,000 to 10,000 hours). This high efficacy LED light contains no mercury, emits virtually no UV/IR light, will not fade colors, and will provide an even, diffuse light source. It is fully dimmable to 10 percent, and is very cost effective. This lamp is considered omnidirectional, in that the light will be projected in all directions

Of course, they go up from there. From what I've seen, they are roughly half the price of LED lights from the local Walmart.
