I haven't watched these videos in a while, but I remember being impressed by them.

A few times a year every ear I hear or see a story of "the car stalled, went out of control and crashed". No the car didn't go out of control, thr person didn't know how to control the vehicle with out power assistance the car will still stop answer steer it just takes a lot more force to do it with manual power.
i stalled my hybrid many times but I do have emergency back up power installed for the electrical Power steering and braking system...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Some will say that a car with side skirts, kammback, or boattail looks better than stock.

Given equal fit and finish, of course.

You can do a lot with just the stance.

What is the speed difference in pulse and glide? Is it 5 mph?
Also consider avoiding a roof rack unless you are carrying things inside a canoe.
I installed an air dam on a 1970 Ford Falcon and greatly improved stability.

Throw one of these on the back of your car and pulse and glide up to 25mph and then pull over once in a while so as to not impede traffic.

Actually, a lot of highways and streets do not have a lower speed limit. You can go as slow as you want as long as you are not impeding traffic. Of course it may be difficult to pull off hypermiler techniques on a busy street and not be considered impeding traffic.

The type of vehicle will also change the rules. E-bike anyone??

Depends. In rolling hills it's the geography. In urban areas, it's the traffic lights.

Jim Dandy [to the rescue]

An empty Jim Dandy rack with a deflector on the back and side panels would make an exemplary Bonneville spoiler/Kammback.
