I normally use Vivaldi, but I keep Brave open because some sites work better there.

Like KBB.com.

In Vivaldi it tells me to turn off my ad-blocker. I can delete that element, but I need to delete it on each and every page before I can get a vehicle's estimated value.

I swear that I once had an ad blocker set up to block those.

It just loads on Brave, yet I don't see any ads.

Oddly, it only loads one screen at a time!

I was blocked by WMICentral.com in Vivaldi a few days ago, but was able to read a couple of articles in Brave. Once I was blocked I looked at my cookies and found 3, each set to expire in a week, so I get 3 articles per 7 days?

I deleted the cookies and loaded another article.

That is easier than telling my browser to capture the screen before it loads the paywall and viewing in Paint!

I set a rule to delete cookies from www.wmicentral.com each time that I close the tab.

In the context menu, select "Create shortcut." Windows will then tell you that a shortcut cannot be created there and ask if you want it on the desktop instead. Select "Yes."

I thought they were called symbolic links in Windows.

I regularly share articles and provide screenshots, but I also regularly find errors in professional publications. One was especially bothering me, so I right-clicked, hit Inspect, found the grammatical offense, edited it, hit Enter, and it made the change.

The problem that I have had with the hack Linus shared is that it then spell-checks the entire page, so either I add random names and words to my dictionary, or share screenshots with broken red lines for no reason. I am not saying this ever happened, just showing how easy this is:

I restarted the computer and lost all audio. I chased my tail for a few hours -- not a volume control, not redirected to HDMI, ???? Then I figured out that when you mute a tab in Chromium it mutes all the tabs.
