Looking at buying a cheap 2003 Prius with a Code P3120 HV Transaxle Failure.

Low mileage ex co-op car. $2500.

Hope to find a used transaxle and swap it. Am I crazy?!?

I have seen and heard of home mechanics swapping these themselves and I have a good mechanic friend who might be able to help. When I'm done it's a
$10000 car and we have been looking for a second gas miser.
