Looking for a smaller 15 inch rim LRR tire

I'm looking for a dreadfully boring LRR tire for my trailer.
There are only four requirements.
1, size. Prefer something 15 inch, but I will consider 14 inch tires also if they are a smaller overall diameter.
2, needs to be at least 175mm wide. If I go to 175 or smaller they may not fit on the rim.
3, would like to get LRR tires.
4, cheap.
5, load rating, as long as it isn't less than 1,200lb per tire I won't worry about it.

The smallest I can find right off are 195/65R15. They are 25 inches tall. That is 2 to 5 inches taller than I would like to be, but I can make it work.
I can't go down to a narrow 14 or a 13 because the wheels have to fit on a 5 on 5 inch brake axle with a 10 inch drum (that's the drums inside diameter) which is really about 11 inches on the out side.
I could switch brake drum hubs to 5 on 4.5 but that would cost an extra $100 to $120 in parts and I would have to buy some 5 on 4.5 inch wheels. This is the worse case scenario so I would like to avoid it.

Ecopia tires on my cobalt are 185/65r15
Not much I know but it's something .

If you are ever near central Wisconsin I swapped out the fronts on the cobalt last November for ecopia plus tires for winter.

Mine would be cheap since their half bald but in trailer use might last a long time.

$10 a tire works

185/65R15 is between 24 and 25 inches.
But they are cheap and have a 1,235lb load rating.

I ran 155-60-15 continental on escort GT wheels, they were around 22.8" tall I believe, the wheels were either 5 or 5.5" wide, I can't remember

But they are only rated for 830lb.
Darn I hoped they would stay at over 1,000lb.
I guess I will have to stay with 24 or 25 inch tires unless I can get some 22ish inch trailer tries that have a much higher load rating.

Only $10 to ship those tires?
That's pretty good. It's usually $25 per tire for truck tires.
Looks like I should be able to do this.
Which is putting a 3500lb brake axle under a 2000lb 4x8 trailer. Which I will probably end up upgrading to a 2500 to 300lb frame.

I see 185/60-R15 Michelin Defenders on simpletire. Slightly smaller than the 195/65:

And here is a 185/50-R15 at 23.0" tall: https://simpletire.com/achilles-185-...an185015-tires
