Luke, I am your father

Okay, so I pretty much always refer to the same friend, because I only have one. Enough of that. For some reason, we use junior high insults, taunts, or whatever on us. She tells me to have a good night. I retort "Don't tell me what to do! You are not the boss of me! I will have a good night if I want to!"

I kept teasing her about her iPhone and she kept telling me that she hated it, so she is now making payments forever on an Android, which she says she loves, but her iPhone was 64 GB and her Samsung only has eight. She keeps asking me about 64 GB microSDHC cards and I am tired of looking for her. As far as I can tell, if you find one, it is fake. I asked her why her [brand-new] phone was so old that it could not use the latest cards. She said "It's not old, you are old" and then started apologizing.

I sent her:

She just asked "What?"

I have been looking for one of those panel deals, like this:

but giving these lines:

Darth Vader: Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father.
Luke Skywalker: He told me enough! He told me you killed him!
Darth Vader: No. I am your father.

I am going to try to do this. Please let me know if you can find something or do better. Thanks!

I guess I'm not sure what you mean by them being fake. First google search I found this.

Samsung 64GB microSD Class 10 UHS1 Memory Card MB-MP64DABBY - Best Buy

Looks like something that would fit the microSD in my phone.

32GB. Don't feel like spending extra on 64GB because I've burned a fair few cards in my time.

And the last one took my only driving vid with a Rolls Royce with it!

-

If the card is too big, a surprising number of modern devices simply can't use it... because it's too big. We have the same issue with the V-Box we use for instrumentation... finding a memory card it likes is like scrounging around dime stores for the last 5" floppies in the Universe...

Thanks for the responses everyone!

I thought this one would be less annoying for computer users, scrolling is too much work!

I tried to use images from https://mediumlarge.wordpress.com/2014/04/, but I had difficulty finding originals without his text.

Thanks, Balto! That is the nicest thing that anyone has told me all day!

I do not know why she is being so demanding and why, when I tell her that I am finished looking for her, she comes back with something else and I start looking again.

She wants a 64 GB microSDHC for under thirty dollars. From my understanding, the largest microSDHCs are 32 GB, but her iPhone was sixty-four, so she wants more, although I doubt she used that much. She had ten gigabytes of songs, which is exactly 10 GB more than I have. Are .MP3s still a dollar each? She spent three thousand dollars on digital downloads?!

I have a Neil Diamond Christmas album, but not on my phone.

If you search for "microSDHC," you get microSDXC, which is the newer version. XCs can read HCs, but not visa versa, and people on Amazon and eBay sell cards which are reviewed as being fake. I saw a few discussions on Slick Deals about software to check the authenticity of cards.

Of course, if you purchase directly from a real vendor you are fine, but NewEgg does not have a single 32 GB micro SDHC.

At one point, Dad bought the latest Samsung, but he dropped it in the toilet when the new iPhone came out, and liked it much better. Some people like Prii and some people like TDIs. Others prefer Metros or CRX HFs. I do remember seeing a picture when the i6 came out comparing it to an Android that was two years old and they had the same features. I just like my slide-out keyboard. She once said that full keyboards were stupid, she used Swype, although she was terrible at it. I took her phone away and used it effectively for the first time.

Cobb, your gun has a memory card?!

So did you use the link I posted?

The price simply hasn't come low enough for me to get a 64gb card! I am cheap AF and REFUSE to pay more then $1/Gb.

I paid almost 100 bucks for the ultra fast micro 64 gb sd card for my surface tablet. Its as fast as the internal ssd.

I had a 64 gb usb thumb drive not work on my surface tablet or epson wifi printer. It was a kingston data traveler model. I ended up using it as a readyboost drive for my win 8 pc.

I want to setup a "cloud" in my car with a wifi router so I can access extra stuff at work or home as my car isnt too far behind me. I know you can buy some wifi memory storage devices, but they are limited in size.
