I looked up the terms in the subject line and found what appears to be a bunch of email address sellers. I see no reason to give them more fuel for their nasty fires, but I wonder at the presence of several copies of whatever they're posting on various subheads of the forum. It's a little weird, but maybe the roboposters are just that much more sophisticated?
