Or you could make separate ones like...........

30+ MPG
40+ MPG
50+ MPG
60+ MPG
70+ MPG

And so on.

Something changeable. How about writing it in black grease pencil. Then you could update it easily as you go along...?

How about having that design as a window cling. Stick it to the inside of your rear window, then place those black vinyl numbers on the outside of the window over the blank area. Just trying to think outside the box.

i agree! just make the sticker with a cutout for the number (or a guideline for the buyer to cut it themselves), and sell individual numbers to fit the space. or make the hole the right size for a standard number sticker (like for labeling houses or company trucks) just use regular bumper sticker stuff, the old number can be scraped off with a razor blade when you go up (i like the multiple of 5 idea)

When I first read this I thought it might be a cocky thing to do, Now I think perhaps it would get people to turn their heads (Just as long as they're not rubbernecking, That is.) and I can't say I'm about to do this today, But thanks for the idea. Goy any "25+ MPG" Stickers?

I don't mean this in a rude way, but you do realize this thread is almost five years old, right?

And I just ordered some things like what I imagine this is, but it's for a website. I hope to raise awareness of MPGs in any vehicle, but the site is has a goal for profit, it's not just educational.

I am planning on developing it into a blog- hence why I am not disturbing the peace of Ecomodder with links to it- no one here would gain much from it, and it might be kind of cheap :/ I don't know yet though, I haven't talked to Darin or anyone about it yet.

The funny thing is, I planned to do this for a LONG time now, and originally I planned to make it say

38 MPG
website
305 HP

But I hit 38....then crushed it with 39s...so then I thought, 40? Then I almost hit 42....lol, so my sticker is with 42. Even if I beat it, I still think it's (42) impressive.

Ive had mine posted since I joined the group.
It has been changed so many times that It is confusing to look at now so I might just post that simple MPG and put Ecomodder across the bottom.
It has gotten alot of attention especially when gas prices jump up a quarter overnight.

I have a "Got 50mpg?" on the driver side of my Beetle. I am not sure anyone sees it, as they still hurry past me to stop at the red lights.

Would you put your all time best or life time average?

All time best probably changes less (and is more impressive) than lifetime average. I doubt anyone would ask, either.
