Megasquirt, VVT & AFM on LS2

Where do I find more information to modify VVT and AFM on a GM ls2? I don't really know how exactly it works and how it can be altered by a megasquirt setup. I'm looking at running a ls2 in a porsche 944 so I think a megasquirt will work a lot easier than running any stock ecu. I just don't know where to start to figure out all of these things.

call a performance shop/dyno guy for info on that. or look on lsx sites. somebody who tunes these cars on a daily basis should have your answer. vvt will be the pain to activate. if its controlled by a solenoid you should be able to do somthing with the megasquirt if it has an output control like that.

Actually I'm pretty sure Megasquirt 3 has VVT control. It does not have electronic throttle control though, which may or may not be a problem.
