The latest Mercedes S class has been released. Not an Ecomodder car, but Merc has usually been a real leader in aero with the S-class. But it doesn't appear that's the case this time.

Because aerodynamics are (usually) already excellent! I hope the current diesel hybrid is going to get a successor. But maybe not in the S class ...

The Euro-spec CLA 180 was rated at Cd 0.22. BMW has something to match that. It's great to see the numbers coming down. Lucid Air is talking Cd 0.21.
They're getting closer to the 1996 EV1, which didn't have a cooling system, so in that context, they've already beaten it.
