When I was going through fillup logs looking for people near me, I found plenty of people in Ohio and Virginia. I suggest you do the same, scroll through the fillups looking at people's locations. If it sounds like they are nearby and have posted before, and recently, give em a PM telling them to go add their location to the user map!
