Here you go Newegg.com - Accessories, Desktop Computer Accessories, Case Fans, >80 CFM, fan several fans that are 100+ CFM.

My other concern was that having your fan run all day even at low speeds will push it to the end of its life and replacing them is not fun. The ones listed above you can get for $10-15.

Keep us posted on the progress.

Thanks for the link... funny enough, I got PILES of fans laying around. I'm an old-school overclocker I've got so many fans, heatsinks, and water cooling supplies laying around... I think I can chomp through a few fans without much issue. I think, given a quality fan, it should last a very long time.

Reminds me... I remember when the high powered Vantec Tornado fans came out. I accidentally got my pinky in one of them... I'd recommend avoiding that.

I just thought, if you run the blower backwards, it will tend to force air out of the car interior via the HVAC intake. Not sure how effective that would be.

Pulled out, you wouldn't have much control over where the air would come from. If sealed properly, it wouldn't be able to do this at all. When it pushes air, though, the positive pressure should open the little vents in the back of the car.

If you set your climate control to fans on and recirculation off it will pull the air in from the HVAC inlet, or crack a window.
