The most expensive new car in the world has... rear fender skirts.
Feast your eyes on the OEM fender skirts of this $17.5 million (USD) Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta.
Safe to assume they're aerodynamically functional?
This will surely rub off on the ricer crowd. Now it's just a matter of time before we see them on slammed, fartcanned WRX's and Civics!

6L v12 with 800 HP. What makes it better than every car in the world?
For $17.5M, I expect active downforce on both the front and rear ends. I've always wondered why active downforce is always speed-based, and not need based.

They didn't say "best", they just said "most expensive".

Mostly a rhetorical question, but I'd expect it to be best in at least 1 thing, or even close to best in several things. While I haven't seen the specs, it doesn't look like something that would be in the top 5 list of anything except cost.

Skirts? Those things wouldn't even qualify as mini-skirts :-)
