mpg log, recording stop and go highway traffic?

hi, was wondering what to log miles done in stop and go highway traffic as? should i count this as city driving? also for those with mpg gauges what mpgs do you get in stop and go highway traffic vs urban city mpgs? thanks

I'd count stop & go as city driving.

Of course, you're trying to avoid the stopping part of stop and go and "play the accordion", yes? Drive it like you're a semi-truck!

yea, leaving a big buffer zone btwn the car ahead of me to apply the driving w/o brakes technique
