your throwing me with that 33mpg average, where did that come from your dashboard reading, or using math to compute it? anyway you slice its still good if not great especially exceeding 60mph.

Also the temperature and wind for that 33 MPG. On my truck, wind can make a difference of plus or minus 5 MPG and temperature another plus or minus 4 MPG. Those are extremes, but here are some Scangauge MPG numbers for a particular 60 mile trip:

+5 deg F, no wind: 30.8 MPG
+11 deg F, no wind: 30.2 MPG
+59 deg F, no wind: 36.5 MPG
+66 deg F, light tailwind: 39.2 MPG
+55 deg F, light headwind: 34.6 MPG

I got 46 MPG out of 1995 AT Dodge Neon twice. Both times it was a hot day, light tailwind, and the car did not have AC.
