My Dodge Shadow grille cover

I finally got my hands on plenty of coroplast and decided to try making a grille cover today. I first cut out the basic shape with an exacto then poked holes in the sheet around the grille frame and put zip ties through. Here's what it looks like: Picasa Web Albums - bmk789

I'd like to hear opinions of experienced ecomodders. This is my first aero mod. Any tips or comments?

Thanks!

Well, to be fair, my first three tanks on the log were before I started ecomodding/hypermiling. I drove it pretty hard and it still stayed in the low 20s in the city. I'm hoping to be in the 30s on this tank in the city. Not bad for a 3L that's quicker than most others on the road.
