My life's goal is to buy a house in the country somewhere so that I have the room to hoard cars. I don't know what set me down this path.

2nd vote for Engineering Explained. It's the only car-related subscription I have.

There is no "favorite" car-related YouTube channel for me, but more recently I've been watching some videos from expatriated Brazilians, some of them living in Japan. There is one who drives an Isuzu truck in the Nagoya region and occasionally also does some motovlogs in a Honda CBR 1000 RR. Lately I've actually been more entertained watching motovlog videos than car-related stuff.

Bringing this thread back from the dead to post Weber State University's automotive department's channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/WeberAuto/ They have some good explanations of how different hybrids and EVs work, along with other technical videos.

I have noticed, with the dash cam videos, that most of the UK ones end up with braking and swearing, the US and Australian ones with a fender bender and swearing, the East European ones with mayhem and carnage. Must say something about driving styles.
The UK has loads of East European trucks visiting, and they scare the sh*t out of me. Most of the bad HGV smashes in the UK are caused by these vehicles (most times the drivers are drunk).
The sooner Brexit gets them off our roads, the better.

I've quit watching dashcam crash compilations. But I'm still regularly checking some of the others listed here.
I've long thought it would be fun to have an EcoModder type of channel: go around the world documenting the best efficiency project vehicles that people have posted / are building on the forum.

I will add:
One of the classic car insurance companies sponsors a "barn find" series that has uncovered some great stories and interesting old cars.

Thanks a ton -- I just wasted about 2 hours watching barn find hunter!
I saw one, once, on Velocity. Didn't know I could see the whole series on youtube. Pretty cool.
