Hi & welcome to the Forum,
Looks good -- where did you get the aluminum and how did you attach it?

Thanks
I got the aluminum from lowes and it is attached partly by the isuzu logo which goes through to the back of the grill and attaches to a bracket and the edges are attached with double sided foam tape.

It looks good!
If you ever decide to use slightly thicker aluminum, you can easily shape it using some dowels and "rolling" it between them. With really thin stuff, which is what it appears that you have used, it would just crinkle. (Roof flashing is really great)

Thanks,
yeah christ I agree, I wish I had made it out of something thicker, it has a bit of a wave to it around the edges.
My goal is through doing a bit of aero mods I can get my Rodeo to 30mpg

You might try to just pull it back out and smooth it out if you want something smoother... You could try to roll it so that it fits the contour better, but thick foils tend to crinkle when you roll them if you don't have experience.
You might just grab another piece of aluminum like 1mm and use that, being careful and bending it off the edge of a table, then rolling it out with a standard rolling pin to get the curve correct.
(When you roll metal against a flat surface, it will curve toward the dowel you're rolling it with.)

im fine with it for now, but maybe when I get to some other mods ill pull it and make a new one, The measurements are a bit off to so there is small gap on the right side.
I just filled up so I should be able to see the FE difference with this tank.
