I had a wide load mobile home truck/trailer in front of me tonight. He started with 1 lane, then took 2 of the 3 in front of me. I was waving people who tailgated me ahead. It seems no one saw the big double wide in front of me hogging 2 lanes. I pee-ed in my pants laughing soo hard car after car as well as trucks zipped around me in a pissy manner just to slam on their brakes as they came within a foot of the wideload sign and trailer.

get a dvr car cam and share some videos!
they really aren't that expensive. i bought a 32g mini sd card tonight so i can get 3-4 days of footage and not have to worry about swapping cards so i don't record over some beautiful bean footage. card was 32$ by itself.

Just found this thread. Coming home tonight had a late '90s Saturn riding my rear bumper on city streets for blocks. Thing is, it was rush hour with at least a train of 8-9 cars directly in front of me the entire way. Some people......
Im gonna have to get an in car camera set-up myself. So much good (or bad depending on your viewpoint) stuff out there words don't do it justice.

Me too. I was merging onto the various roads I take. I saw the usual train behind me and proceeded to match speed. I notice a car on my bumper, one beside me and another behind him in my blind spot. I looked at the speedo and saw either a 6 or 8. I decided to let off the gas as all 3 people seemed to be in a hurry. The 2 cars beside me kept going and the car behind me whipped over into the other lane and passed.
The 2nd car that was in my blind spot merged in front of me and was neck to neck with the first car. The car behind me just merged in front of me and rode the bumper of car 2.
I could see the 6 or 8 become a 5 as I was continued to coast and a white truck comes around and passes back in front of me too. 4 vehicles in front of me all in a small pack trying to pass each other.

The cheap, yet seemingly good one that I'd had in my Amazon cart was suddenly available for $15, so I grabbed it and a couple of cards. I'm hoping to join the roving journalist club soon.

deejaaa- That's in the future. I have to get it in and running, then get a YouTube account or something and figure all that out. But then everyone around me will probably start behaving.

Did you say lawsuit? For a moron in a truck blowing smoke at your car? Or something else?
I LOL'd at where the guy works. He loves to burn lots of fuel - job security!
I just changed vehicles, buying a pickup truck for the first time in my life. I haven't put many miles on it but I've already discovered a good bit of what I'm calling "pickup camaraderie", folks letting me in line, ceding right of way, that kind of thing. But I've also come across cases of mines-bigger-than-yours. I didn't expect people getting 10MPG to intentionally try to get less than that, but there you are.
