I am genuinely surprised at all the small items that are selling. Makes me wonder if buyers don't have access to local junk yards?

I know. Me too. It has definitely surpassed my expectations. Ironically, I think I've sold more parts on eBay than any other site, including geometroforum and teamswift.

Sounds like there's a business case for parting out old Metros on eBay.

There's a guy not far from here who seems to do it constantly. Buys Metros, sells parts.
