Another twist in the Injector saga..........

I have found out that there is a spacer mounted under the fuel rail on the Ranger. I'm pretty sure it's stock. I need to see just how thick it is if it might be possible to run a shorter injector. We have found some for a Range Rover and I think ones for either a Volvo or Jag that flow at 20# @ 43 psi. They are just a bit shorter. If the intake wasn't such a pain to remove I'd be out there right now with wrenches doing a bunch more investigating. Sounds like removing the darn thing is a time consuming process.

The thing about SCT is it can be email based, you’d get tunes when you order the programmer... an injector size change should be easy peezy... just look up SCT dealers near you?
