New 07' Ford Ranger

Living in Kansas is pretty good for MPG's, it's super flat. Just bought a ranger and have already done several mods to it. havent even burned through a tank yet, but since I just got it I am motivated to start working on it so i did. will start a build thread after I complete my introduction. Love this site

Not in KS, but I just got home from visiting family/burying Grammy in Minnesota, and I can attest to flat = economy. A rented Kia Rio averaged right at 40mpg for the entire tank, and that's in the somewhat less level, more central part of the state. Juuust eking onto the prairie, and plenty of stops and diversions on the state roads, it cracked 40 with no difficulty.

There's another couple of guys on here working with Rangers, and one of them is deep into the 30's and raising the knocker on the door of 40 with his Ranger, check them out to see what they've done. Meanwhile, put your ride up in the Garage so we can see what you're doing and what works.

I hope I'm not the first to say it: welcome.
