New Addition to the Family

My wife and I are buying a puppy. In the pile of puppys she is the spotted one towards the middle. She has a black patch over her right eye and very weird markings on her back, they are actually shaped like a circle, square, and triangle.

She was born the other day and we get to take her home when they are weaned in about 2 months. Our son was so excited and I was impressed by how gentle he was with them (for being a 2 yr old)

My family had a very weird looking Ausie when I was a kid and she was the sweetest dog.

We can't wait to see how she turns out.

Congrats!

I'd like to get a dog or cat. But not an option* with too many severe allergies in the youngest generation of my extended family (what's up with that?).

Those Aussie dogs are great - a friend of mine had one. Clever pup.

(* haven't met any hypo-allergenic ones I like.)
