New Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept

First Cad that interests me since the STS in '91... not for all the inevitable techno-gook that will cause expensive repair headaches down the road... mainly for the look.

1.0L engine sounds good.
give it a grill block and a Kamm
Shame it would be more aero in reverse.
You wouldnt breakdown and actually but it would you Frank?

BTW that grille would probably be 90% blocked already...

Frank -

I am hoping to go to the LA Car show next week. If I do, I'll take pix.

Reminds me of an attempt to do an MB A-Class in Cadillac design language :

What a pleasant incongruity... from Cadillac of all places. It looks like a
giant sat on a SmartCar.

Shows there's life, imagination, and an appreciation for reality deep in the
warrens of the divisions at GM.

1.0L engine... what do they plan to do with the other 7 cylinders?

It does look like a Prius being driven in reverse. But as a vehicle intended
for urbn streets/speeds, aero isn't all that important.

With all that nearly horizontal windshield, insolation would be a issue.
Maybe one of those extra cylinders will be driving the air conditioning.

GM claims the system would provide a completely theoretical 56 miles per gallon in the city and 65 mpg on the highway.
Wow, who is coming up with theory at GM, a 7 year old?

Yeah, those "stuck out" at me too. Looks like a fail to me, but I'd reserve judgement until sitting on one.

You mean like when you swirl a couple colors together but don't mix them completely??? Coooooooooolllllll....

I think it looks more like a Metro successor than the Metro successor does.
