New Guy -2011/2012 Jetta TDI

Hi all,

I'm getting a jump start on making my soon to be (6-9 months away), new 2011/2012 Jetta TDI more eco-friendly. If anyone has any mods for these diesels that increase fuel economy without making the car ugly (call me superficial), please post the links up.

I don't know if dropping the car 1.3 inches is going to make a big difference, but I'm planning on it. Also a slightly more sexy/aggressive front end that comes lower down (don't know if that will help with aerodynamics). Sk.id plate to (1) protect the now lowered car and (2) remove air pockets and increase aerodynamics. Also, lower side skirts.

Anyway, glad to be here and if you guys can guide the newbie to where I should look I'd appreciate it.
