I am looking to learn techniques and methods to boost my fuel economy on my saturn it is not a necessity but rather a challenge but I am hoping to see if I can maybe pull 40mpg. Any input appreciated!

And I will first try to get 40 and then set a goal at 45 and so on see how high I can get without spending more than a couple hundred dollars.
