I understand that insight II's cD < HCH II's cD
From what I read, insight II's cD is around 0.26 and HCH II's cD [1] is around 0.27. This would means than the difference is only around 0.005 and so isn't as "slightly inferior" as they said.
To find 0.05, you can say that 0.26 is around -5% compared to 0.27.
