Update: matched pair of used batts

I swapped in two used 12 Ah batteries, that are roughly 2/3 to 3/4 worn out. (Inverter capacity test showed they can deliver 4A for about an hour before they dipped below 11v.)

Their redeeming feature is they're a matched set, meaning they should charge & discharge at similar rates, and so neither will be inadvertently murdered under normal use.

Of course, these used batteries don't deliver a lot of range, but it's better than before:

- the old batteries were delivering about 1 km of assist
- this used pair is delivering about 3 km of all electric range (not assist)

My dad says he only uses assist on hills (and they're mild around here), so this used pack should be good for a while longer.
