Any body here have access to this paper:

Looks like an inverted airfoil, tailored precisely to the rear of its host vehicle.

I have seen that thread, i was planning to make my own spoiler based on this design and was wondering if any body had access to the paper.

I finally have the paper coming my way through my source, will see what i can come up with.
