Well, I'll be nice.
1) I he hasn't seen it, then maybe it was due to comeback.
2) It is a impressive and noteworthy car that others may enjoy
3) It shows he's searching on his own (abit outside of our search)
4) Drawing a blank... wait, Frank had hair in 2009?

Volkswagen prepares to build the world's most fuel efficient production car

A new model, bigger and not quite as fuel efficient but still great !

I like the original version.

Copy date at the top of the article: Mar 2009.

It's pretty easy to do just a teensy bit of follow-up research showing how far the concept has evolved since that first prototype.

The VW 1L could never fit into the motorcycle category even if three-wheelers sometimes get a bye; the 1L has four wheels.

And Frank gets a heart-click for Marahute.
