No read , when I release the accelerator.

Hello, my car is
Dodge Colt 200E 1990, 1.5l, manual transmission, mitsubishi engine.

My problem is,
When I release completely the accelerator, the reading of inst. liter/100 turn to zero.At idle same thing.
And right away when I push on the accelerator the reading restart.

Someone had this problem??

Thanks

With a voltmeter, measure the voltage on each injector connection. One should be 12 volts and the other should be more like 0. You will want to tap into the one that is at 0 volts.

My 2 wire on injector connection have 12 volts???
Probably my trouble???

I Have one Hyundai Scoupe with the same engine 1.5 Mitsubishi, and Him also have 12volt on each wire.

Thats normal, its called 'decel fuel cut off' the car cuts off gas COMPLETELY because the engine is slowing down and doesn't need to use fuel. Most fuel injected cars do this. It is not a problem. Then once RPM's reach a low threshold (varies car to car) the engine will begin using fuel again.

Update.

I install a wideband in my car, and my 25 year old car have this feature ''decel fuel cut off'' or ''overrun''.
