Talking Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville) Checking In

Hi everyone,

I bought a used 2013 Chevy Cruze last November and caught the eco-modding bug not long after. I only wish I would have caught it sooner as I could have gotten some great mileage out of my old 97 manual Honda Civic.

I'm somewhat active over on the cruzetalk.com forums, but they don't really getting into modding very heavily. I've been very inspired by jedi_sol's 2013 Subaru WRX STI thread and am hoping to do some similar modifications to my Cruze since I don't have the Eco model.

Anyway, thanks for helping to create and being a part of such a great, resourceful website.

Welcome! Your current and planned mods look like a good start. Remember to add you car to the garage. Any particular reason you went from a manual to automatic?

Oh yeah, the garage. Thanks!

Nice catch on the change. Yes, so my girlfriend can also drive the car. We've made several road trips every year over the past 5 years and we haven't lost the travel bug yet. It would be nice if I could catch some sleep now and again on those trips. That's the main reason.

My dad recently finished a V8 Miata conversion, so I'll get my manual fix there lol.
