1.2 billion raised and another 192 million form the Feds and a Chinese company offers 350mil for 80%!
Glad I did not invest in that company.

...sounds like the managlement-by-investors wanted to take the Chinese route and Mr. Fisker didn't, and left realizeing that "his" company doesn't belong to "him" anymore.

History reminds us about William Durant, co-founder of GM and later w/ Chevrolet. He even organized a takeover of the Ford company. Eventually overextended the companies' finances and lost majority control, he was ousted from management. A few years later, he leveraged his success with Chevrolet and got his old GM job back. A natural big roller but was washed out by the Depression and retired into bankruptcy. Such as the life of an auto exec. Fisker should return to his auto design profession.
