It would look better, and eventually more like "a futuristic Smart", if it had some styling cues inspired in the BMW Isetta 600.

aye thats what I was saying earlier- the European trend for "jacked up, softroaders" likely explains the styling to some extent
that and it gives you more room for batteries

Just like the 1st generation of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, which raised floor pan cleared space for batteries, since it was originally intended to be all-electric.

Indeed, although hopefully the i3 can turn corners without falling over
I wonder what the s/h market for i3s will be like- given BMW tends to have most of its turnover in 3yr company car leasing ![Confused](/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif)
